Hi, what about “build” and “building”? Thanks 🙂
I thought about putting ‘build’ and ‘built’ here but instead put them with bu as in buoy and buy, as they are similar to, but less frequent than, gu as in guild, guilt, guy, see http://www.spelfabet.com.au/spelling-lists/sorted-by-sound/b/bu-as-in-build. But really it doesn’t matter how you slice such unusual spellings in terms of phonemes/graphemes, as long as you can remember them.
