      Hi Anne-Marie, the process is exactly the same as buying things from the website shop, except if you are only ordering things that cost $0, you skip the payment step. I tried to email you a handout about this but your email bounced. Anyway, hope you are able to figure it out, I’d be able to help more if I had your correct email address. All the best, Alison
