AUSPELD has produced a fantastic website for parents called Understanding Learning Difficulties for Parents, which I recommend to all parents of kids with learning difficulties.
If you’re in Victoria and think your child may have dyslexia, the Dyslexia Victoria Support website can help you find your local support group, and has lots of other great information. If your child has oral language difficulties, local Speech Pathologist Charlotte Forman has collated a Padlet of DLD resources and links.
Other than that, please click on the link that best describes you:
- Parent/relative of a preschooler
- Parent/relative of a 5-6 year old
- Parent/relative of a 7-8 year old
- Parent/relative of a 9-12 year old
- Parent/relative of a teenager
- Parent/relative of an adult with literacy difficulties
